Experienced solicitors are given the opportunity to take greater ownership, develop trusted client relationships and build broader experience across a varied corporate workload. What You'll Be Doing Lead corporate matters across M&A, investments and shareholder arrangements.

Advise clients on corporate reorganisations and broader business law matters. Take ownership of transactions, producing technically strong work with appropriate senior support. Build trusted client relationships through clear, commercially focused legal advice.

What You'll Bring Around 4-6 years' PQE with substantial experience in corporate law. Strong experience across corporate transactions, ideally including M&A and wider corporate advisory matters. Excellent technical drafting and analytical skills, with the judgement to manage work independently.

A valid Solicitors Practising Certificate and strong client and stakeholder skills. Who This Suits You're a commercially minded corporate solicitor who has built strong technical foundations and is ready for greater autonomy.
