You will be joining a law firm renowned for delivering high-end corporate transactional work. This dynamic team regularly acts opposite Magic Circle and Silver Circle firms, offering a sophisticated caseload for high-profile clients in a thriving regional setting.
The Role
The firm are seeking a high-calibre Corporate Associate to join an energetic, market-leading team. You will play a key role in: M&A Transactions: Managing domestic and cross-border acquisitions and disposals. Private Equity: Advising on investments, buyouts, and portfolio company matters.
Strategic Advisory: Providing corporate governance and commercial support to blue-chip clients.
About You
