The firm continues to perform well and its corporate team advises on a broad range of transactional work. Your new roleAs part of its plans to future proof the department, the firm is looking to hire a corporate partner.
You will play a key role both in terms of fee earning and mentoring but the team will also look to you for significant input in respect of business development. The business has a strong client list that includes a mix of SMEs as well as larger corporates.
The firm is well run and very profitable. What you'll need to succeedYou should be a corporate lawyer operating at partner level. With strong client care skills, you should be well connected. This position does not require you to have a following but you should have a strong track record of winning work and a real desire to lead on business development initiatives.
