Corporate Solicitor / Senior Solicitor – Up to £105,000 + Bonus + Benefits – Manchester This opportunity offers an experienced corporate solicitor the platform to develop their profile within the Manchester market, working on high-quality matters while supporting the continued growth of a well-established national practice.
As a Corporate Solicitor/ Senior Solicitor, you will play a key role in delivering complex transactional work, working closely with partners and senior stakeholders while gaining increased responsibility, client exposure, and progression opportunities within a growing team.
The Role Advising on a broad range of M&A, corporate finance, and private equity transactions Supporting clients on shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and investment work Providing corporate governance and commercial advisory support Managing transactions from instruction through to completion, with appropriate autonomy Working closely with partners and senior stakeholders on high-value and complex deals Building and developing client relationships, with scope to grow your own network Supporting business development activity and contributing to the growth of the Manchester practice The Candidate Qualified Solicitor with 5–10 years' PQE and strong experience in corporate transactional work Trained within a reputable City, national, or leading regional law firm Strong technical ability and commercial awareness Confident, proactive, and client-focused in approach Ambitious and motivated to progress your career within a growing practice Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively The Benefits & How to Apply Competitive basic salary up to £105,000 (depending on experience) Market-leading bonus structure Hybrid and flexible working Generous annual leave plus bank holidays Private medical insurance Life assurance and pension contributions Clear opportunities for progression and career development Apply in the strictest confidence online or via telephone.
