Are you a talented Corporate Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career with a highly regarded and growing practice? An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Associate to join a well-established corporate team in Manchester.
This role offers exposure to a broad range of high-quality transactional work, acting for owner-managed businesses, SMEs, investors, entrepreneurs, and larger corporate clients across multiple sectors. The Role You will advise on a variety of corporate matters, including: Mergers & Acquisitions Management Buyouts and Buyins Private Equity Transactions Joint Ventures Shareholder Agreements Corporate Restructuring General Corporate Advisory Work Working closely with experienced partners, you will manage your own caseload while playing a key role in larger and more complex transactions.
About You Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in Corporate Law Experience handling M&A and general corporate transactions Strong technical and commercial awareness Excellent client relationship and communication skills Ambitious, driven, and keen to progress your career What's on Offer?
