This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied caseload and play a key role in the continued expansion of the department.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on acquisitions and disposals, restructures, management buyouts, shareholders' agreements and joint venturesSupport and lead on transactions depending on experienceProvide commercially focused advice to a wide range of clientsBuild strong internal and external relationshipsContribute to business development and networking activitiesWork collaboratively across departments and office locationsMaintain strong organisation, high standards and excellent client serviceAbout You: Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE in corporate lawStrong drafting, negotiation and analytical skillsExperience across a broad range of corporate mattersProactive, organised and adaptableExcellent communication and relationship building skillsFull UK driving licence and access to transportWhy Join Us?
