Key Responsibilities

Manage a varied caseload including acquisitions and disposals, restructures, MBOs, shareholders' agreements and joint venturesProvide clear, commercial advice to a wide range of clientsLead on transactions where appropriate and support senior colleaguesBuild strong relationships internally and externallyAttend networking events and contribute to business developmentCollaborate across departments and office locationsMaintain high professional standards and excellent client careAbout You: Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE in corporate lawStrong technical knowledge and drafting skillsExperience across a range of corporate transactionsHighly organised, proactive and adaptableExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFull UK driving licence and access to transportWhy Join Us?
