Customer Service Administrator Salary up to £27k 9 - 5 Monday to Friday Bearsden Permanent Role Oliver Smith Recruitment are working exclusively with our key client in Bearsden to recruit a Customer Service Administrator on a permanent contract.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be working in an inclusive, friendly team where teamwork and encouragement sit at the very heart of the business.

Duties

Handling patient enquiries via telephone and email Promoting services through telephone calls Forming strong client relationships Scheduling appointments and maintaining booking system Maintaining patient records with up-to-date and accurate information Liaising with schools and GP practices Secretary for designated consultants/clinicians General admin duties Interviews will be held ASAP.
