TXM Recruit is seeking an experienced Environment and Energy Manager to lead the development and delivery of environmental and energy strategies for a major rail client. This is a permanent, full-time hybrid role based in Birmingham, offering a competitive salary of £45,000–£50,000 per annum, alongside an attractive Train Operating Company (TOC) benefits package.
Key Accountabilities: - Deliver environmental and energy strategies across multiple sites. - Develop and improve risk assessments, audits, and ISO management systems (ISO 14001, 50001, 14064) - Monitor and report on environmental performance, including carbon (Scope 1, 2
