This is an opportunity to work within a large, well established practice supporting clients across the health, social care, education and housing sectors, offering a stimulating blend of advisory and contentious work. The RoleYou will join a team of over 60 specialists, managing a varied and intellectually engaging caseload.

Responsibilities include:Managing a broad mix of advisory and litigation mattersRepresenting clients at inquests, Court of Protection hearings and TribunalsAdvising on regulatory, health, social care and education issuesSupporting clients in the lead up to and during inquest proceedings, including conducting your own advocacySupervising junior colleagues and contributing to team developmentBuilding strong client relationships and supporting business development initiativesCandidate RequirementsThe ideal candidate will bring:5+ years PQE in health and social care lawStrong experience advising on inquests and conducting advocacyConfidence working with clients and colleagues at all levelsExcellent technical ability, organisation and attention to detailA proactive, commercial and solutions focused mindsetEnthusiasm for developing skills and taking on new challengesExperience contributing to business developmentStrong teamwork skills and the ability to build long term working relationshipsWorking EnvironmentThe team is known for its supportive, approachable culture.
