Class 2 HGV Driver - Leicester Monday to Friday, no weekends - with Nelsons for Cartons, part of Macfarlane Packaging Salary: £31,000 basic + performance bonus & company benefits Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:30-16:30, Friday 07:30-15:30 Licence: Class 2 (Category C), CPC & Digital Tachograph Card Work: Palletised deliveries, mainly across the Midlands About the Role We're looking for a reliable, safety-conscious Class 2 HGV Driver to join the Logistics Team at Nelsons for Cartons, part of the Macfarlane Packaging Group.

This isn't traditional multi-drop: most journeys involve just one or a small number of customers, delivering palletised goods mainly across the Midlands and occasionally further afield. Earlier starts may occasionally be required.

What You'll Be Doing Delivering palletised goods safely, on time and to a high standard Loading your vehicle and making sure every load is secured correctly Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects Providing excellent customer service on delivery Supporting the warehouse team and safe warehouse operations Following all Health & Safety procedures and company requirements What You'll Need A valid Class 2 (Category C) licence with at least 1 year's driving experience A current Driver CPC card and Digital Tachograph Card A clean driving record Regional or general delivery experience, with a focus on safe driving and load security A reliable, team-focused and customer-friendly attitude What We Offer Stable weekday hours with no weekend or overtime work Competitive basic salary plus performance bonus 25 days holiday + bank holidays, with additional days after 5 and 10 years' service Pension, wellbeing support and employee discounts Training and development opportunities A secure, long-term role in a friendly, supportive team Ready to Apply Click 'Apply' to submit your up-to-date CV.
