About the Role. PA Media Group’s HR team is committed to delivering progressive, people-focused solutions that support the success of our teams across the Group. We are now seeking a dedicated Senior HR Business Partner to work exclusively with the PA Media editorial, commercial, TV metadata, and training teams, providing expert people support to help shape the future of one of the UK’s most recognised media brands.
Partnering closely with the CRO, MD, and Senior Leadership Team, you will play a key role in delivering the people strategy that supports commercial success, editorial integrity, and future growth. You’ll provide strategic HR guidance on engagement, talent, organisational design, and employee relations, building trusted relationships across the division.
An interest in the news agenda and the fast-paced media landscape is essential, alongside the ability to collaborate with journalists, commercial teams, and operational leaders to help them succeed. Key Responsibilities.
Partner with the CRO, MD, and SLT to deliver people strategies that meet divisional and group priorities. Provide expert advice and coaching on organisational change, leadership, and employee relations. Support managers and leaders in developing their teams, driving engagement, and creating a positive workplace culture.
Work proactively with the Trade Union (NUJ). Maintain a visible presence, working 3 days per week in our Paddington office, building relationships with editorial and commercial teams. Collaborate with Group People
