Overview

In this Learning and Development Advisor role, you will shape staff development within the housing sector by designing a robust competency framework and related training. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a competency development framework for housing-sector staff
• Design and commission training programmes aligned with organisational goals and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with housing experts to identify training needs and deliver learning solutions
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance staff skills
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and iterate improvements
• Stay updated on housing regulations and best practices to inform content
