This is a hands-on role where you'll keep production running smoothly, minimise downtime, and support continuous improvement across the site. Your day-to-day duties will include, to:Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on all site equipmentRespond quickly to breakdowns and ensure equipment reliabilityUse CMMS to maintain accurate records and analyse maintenance dataSupport root cause analysis and improvements to prevent recurring issuesWork closely with production teams to maintain consistent performanceEnsure full compliance with health & safety standardsFlexibility to work weekends when neededTo be successful in this Maintenance Engineer role, you will preferably have 5+ years mechanical and electrical engineering experience.
Combined with the following skills, traits and experience:Recognised engineering qualification (HNC/HND or equivalent)Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance experience (industrial production or laundry experience advantageous)Confident using CMMS systemsProactive, hands-on, solution-oriented approachStrong communication skills and team playerDriving licence essentialInterested?
