We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Aberdeen. This is an opportunity ideal for someone eager to learn develop their skills and take on new challenges within a fast-paced industrial environment.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to carrying out a range of maintenance activities including repairs fault finding routine servicing and basic workshop tasks such as cleaning grinding and oil changes. You will also support tool repairs assist the wider maintenance team and help maintain equipment through regular checks and calibration.
You will maintain a clean and organised workshop in line with 5S standards and ensure all work is carried out safely following established procedures. Position is covered on a two-shift rotation 6am to 2pm / 2pm to 10pm Skills Experience NVQ in Mechanical Engineering Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good communication and teamwork skills Basic IT skills (ability to input and manage data) Willingness to learn develop and take on new challenges Desirable Welding experience Ready for a career in mechanical maintenance Apply now and be part of a team where your skills can grow and make a real impact.
