Working alongside experienced commercial, operational and technical teams, the successful candidate will play a key role in managing the commercial performance of mechanical, electrical and public health packages throughout the project lifecycle.
This position would suit a commercially driven MEP Quantity Surveyor who enjoys working on technically complex projects, building strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners, and taking ownership of commercial performance.
About the roleOur client is seeking an MEP Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial management of MEP packages across major projects in London. Working closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor, Commercial Manager, Project Managers and MEP teams, the successful candidate will be responsible for procurement, cost control, subcontract management, valuations, variations and final accounts.
The role provides an opportunity to work on significant projects while developing within an established commercial team.
