Job Description New Homes Sales Consultant Location: LeatherheadSalary: £27,000 - £30,000 basic salaryOTE: £40,000 - £45,000Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30am - 5:30pmWorking Pattern: Two-week rotaWe are currently recruiting for a New Homes Sales Consultant to join an established and successful property team based in Leatherhead.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estate agent or sales professional looking to develop their career within the New Homes sector. The role will involve working across new homes developments, dealing with prospective purchasers and guiding customers through the buying process from initial enquiry through to completion.
Key Responsibilities Contacting prospective purchasers from an established databaseBooking and conducting viewings at new homes developmentsManaging enquiries via telephone, email and online channelsFollowing up leads and maximising sales opportunitiesGuiding buyers through the purchasing processBuilding strong relationships with purchasers and property professionalsWorking closely with mortgage advisors and estate agency teamsDeveloping strong knowledge of individual developments and propertiesSupporting development launches, open days and marketing eventsWorking towards and achieving sales targetsThe Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will ideally have experience within estate agency, property sales, new homes or a target-driven sales environment.
You will need to be confident dealing with customers, have excellent communication skills and be motivated by achieving targets and earning commission. You will also be: Professional and well presentedConfident and personableOrganised and proactiveTarget driven and commercially mindedAble to work independently and as part of a teamPassionate about property and customer serviceWorking Pattern The role operates on a two-week rota: Week 1: Four days Monday to Friday, plus Saturday, supporting development launches, open days and show homes.
Week 2: Monday to Friday.
