Office Manager Data Centre Project Location: Blyth, Northumberland, UK Sector: Data Centres / Mission Critical Employment Type: Full-time, On-site Salary:£45,000£50,000 per annum We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join a major Data Centre project in Blyth, Northumberland.
This is a site-based position responsible for ensuring the project office operates efficiently, supporting senior management and project teams, coordinating facilities and administration, and maintaining a professional working environment.
Key Responsibilities Manage the project office space, including refurbishments, layouts and general office requirements. Provide administrative support to senior management and department heads. Assist with the onboarding of new employees and site personnel.
Develop, implement and maintain office policies and procedures. Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Organise and maintain data, spreadsheets, reports and project documentation.
Manage office-related service agreements and suppliers. Oversee office systems, procedures and facilities to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the project office. Coordinate general office administration and day-to-day facilities requirements.
Liaise with internal teams, contractors and external service providers as required. Requirements Previous experience as an Office Manager, Site Administrator, Project Administrator, Facilities Coordinator or similar. Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment. High level of attention to detail and confidentiality.
Previous experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure, data centres or other major projects would be advantageous.
