Ensure that any documentation/paperwork completed is legible, clear, and accurate. Daily use of machinery, booking of all transformed ingredients following system process and standard operating procedures to accurately label and provide full item/batch traceability.
Collecting ingredients from storage areas – Chills, Ambient and freezer Up, up and away! So what about the next job after this one. What about Progression? Team Leader? Why not? Management role? Now you're talking. We love the idea that you could come in here and really make something of yourself.
