Overview

In this role, you will join a growing main contractor in Essex to manage commercial performance on education, commercial, and residential projects up to 8m. You will work within the project team to ensure financial control and contract adherence across D&B JCT frameworks. The position offers exposure to a variety of sectors within a regional market. This is an opportunity to contribute to project delivery and cost efficiency in a growing contracting business.
