The Normanton branch is thriving, with a strong base of drivers and loyal PSL clients ready for you to build on. Theyre now looking for a confident, commercially minded Recruitment Consultant to join the team and take ownership of a busy, high-demand desk.
What Youll Be Doing This is a true 360 role where youll have autonomy, variety and the chance to make a real impact: Managing your own desk of daily drivers. Building strong relationships with existing PSL clients. Generating new business and growing your client base.
Visiting customer sites to strengthen partnerships. Advertising, sourcing and attracting high-quality drivers. Conducting interviews and completing licence checks. Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
Handling all associated recruitment administration. What Youll Bring Youll thrive here if youre energetic, organised and commercially sharp: Recruitment experience with a proven track record in sales & business development or a background in the logistics and transport sector and a desire to move into the recruitment sector.
Confidence managing a busy 360 desk. Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Ability to work at pace while maintaining high standards. A proactive, resilient and team-focused approach. Experience within driving, industrial or logistics recruitment is ideal, but strong recruiters. from other sectors will also be considered.
