Purpose of this role Leadership of the team supporting sales activities and administrative functions, contributing to new development initiatives, carrying out administrative duties, and building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Your key responsibilities are Supervision of the Sales Support Team on a day-to-day basis, ensuring all activities are delivered to required standards and within agreed timescales. Support Regional Sales Managers by overseeing customer, developer, and house builder relationships, ensuring a high standard of service and identifying opportunities to maximise sales.
Coordinate and monitor project activity across the sales lifecycle, ensuring timely updates, follow-ups, and effective progression through to post-acceptance. Oversee the preparation, review, and issuance of quotations, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and effective handling of customer queries and issues.
