The firm are looking for a Senior Employment Law Solicitor to join their firm and play a key role in the further development of their department Applicants should be familiar with: Employment law, both contentious and non-contentious, including: Contracts of employment Unfair dismissal Employment tribunals Redundancy Settlement agreements Unfair treatment at work Discrimination at work Managing a caseload and ensuring financial targets are met Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team Marketing and business development and client relationship management Key
skills and experience
Qualified solicitor with 4 experience in dealing with employment matters Strong technical knowledge across a range of employment matters Excellent communication and client-facing skills Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving An established track record of meeting financial targets Experience of mentoring and developing junior colleagues Hybrid working is on offer for this assignment.
