Key Responsibilities

• Manage planning enforcement cases and investigations /p p
• Provide specialist planning enforcement advice /p p
• Evaluate evidence, prepare reports, and support enforcement decisions /p p
• Attend planning committees, hearings, public inquiries, and site meetings /p p
• Support and guide planning enforcement colleagues /p p
• Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to improve service delivery /p p strong Ideal Candidate: /strong /p p
• Strong experience in planning enforcement and development management /p p
• Local authority planning experience preferred /p p
• Good knowledge of planning regulations, enforcement processes, and appeals /p p
