This is an excellent opportunity to take on a varied caseload within a supportive, ambitious environment offering genuine flexibility, clear progression pathways and the chance to play a key role in the team's succession planning.

The RoleYou'll be responsible for managing a broad and varied caseload of dispute resolution matters, including: Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)Building disputesCommercial repossession and rent arrearsConsumer rights - faulty goods and servicesContentious probateContract disputesJudicial reviewProfessional negligenceTOLATA mattersYou will also help build and maintain strong client relationships, raise the department's profile locally and contribute to the continued growth of the team.

Candidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a Dispute Resolution specialist who is: A Solicitor (2-5 years PQE) or Chartered Legal ExecutiveAn experienced fee earner with strong technical ability across core litigation areasYou will need: A solid track record of managing your own caseloadStrong technical knowledge of dispute resolution and civil litigationExcellent communication and client care skillsThe ability to manage sensitive matters with empathy and professionalismConfidence working independently and collaborativelyA positive, solutions focused approachA full driving licence for occasional travel between officesOpportunities to coach or supervise junior colleagues may be available for the right person.
