Reference: ORJ921958173S_1787579638Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive - Private Client - Remote - 3-6 Years PQELocation: Fully Remote (with occasional travel as required)Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with flexible working options)Salary: 55,000 to 80,000 + KPI linked bonusA well established and progressive law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (3-6 years PQE) to join its expanding Private Client team on a fully remote basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong fee earner seeking flexibility, autonomy and the chance to contribute to a growing, modern practice. The RoleYou'll be responsible for managing a varied and high quality Private Client caseload, including: Wills and estate planningLasting Powers of AttorneyInheritance Tax adviceEstate administration (including complex and taxable estates)Trusts and lifetime planningCourt of Protection and deputyship mattersSupporting elderly and vulnerable clientsForeign assets or cross border estate matters (desirable but not essential)You will also play an important role in maintaining strong client relationships and supporting the continued development of the team.
Candidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a Private Client specialist who is: A Solicitor (3-6 years PQE) or Chartered Legal Executive (essential)STEP / TEP qualified (desirable)An experienced Private Client fee earner with strong technical ability (essential)You will need: A proven track record of managing your own Private Client caseloadStrong technical knowledge across core Private Client areasRecent estate administration experienceExcellent communication and client care skillsThe ability to handle sensitive matters with empathy and professionalismConfidence working independently in a remote environmentA proactive, solutions focused approachExperience mentoring junior colleagues would be beneficial.
