This is an excellent opportunity to take on a varied caseload within a supportive, progressive environment offering genuine flexibility and strong development opportunities. The RoleYou'll be responsible for managing a broad range of Private Client matters, including:Wills and LPAsTaxable and non taxable estatesEstate administrationTrust matters (beneficial but not essential)Court of Protection matters (beneficial but not essential)You will also contribute to the department's growth and maintain excellent client relationships.

Candidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a Private Client specialist who is:A Solicitor (NQ-2 years PQE) or Chartered Legal ExecutiveConfident in managing a varied caseloadYou will need:Strong communication and client care skillsExperience handling both straightforward and complex mattersThe ability to work independently and manage your own administrationA proactive, solutions focused approachA full driving licence for occasional travel across SomersetSTEP or SFE membership is desirable, and training support is available.
