This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a high performing, collaborative environment with exposure to a broad range of commercial and civil litigation matters. The RoleYou'll be responsible for assisting partners and senior lawyers on a varied caseload of litigation matters, including: Contentious trusts and probate (disputed wills and trusts)Commercial litigation mattersDay to day conduct of files with appropriate supervisionLiaising with clients, counsel, and other professionalsDeveloping a specialism and building your own niche within litigationSupporting a collaborative and friendly team cultureMaintaining high professional standards and complianceInitially, you will be office based in Exeter to familiarise yourself with the team and systems.
The team works flexibly, typically attending the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
