This is an excellent opportunity to work on high quality, high value disputes from the outset, supporting a broad client base including commercial developers, housebuilders, corporate occupiers, investors, lenders and local authorities.

The RoleYou will work closely with Partners and senior fee earners across a wide range of contentious property matters, gaining early responsibility and direct client exposure. The team handles a diverse caseload, including: Commercial landlord and tenant disputesBuilding Safety Act mattersReal property disputes (rights of way, adverse possession, boundary issues, harassment)Commercial and residential service charge disputesProperty insolvency and secured recoveriesYou will have the opportunity to manage your own matters, develop a broad skillset quickly, and progress within a supportive, friendly and ambitious team.
