This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to high quality, high value contentious property work from the outset, working closely with senior lawyers in a supportive and ambitious environment. The RoleYou'll be responsible for assisting with and managing a varied caseload of property litigation matters, including: Commercial landlord and tenant disputesBuilding Safety Act mattersReal property disputes (rights of way, adverse possession, boundary issues, harassment)Commercial and residential service charge disputesProperty insolvency and secured recoveriesWorking with clients including developers, housebuilders, corporate occupiers, investors, lenders and local authoritiesRunning your own caseload with early responsibilityDirect client contact and involvement in complex mattersYou will join a friendly, collaborative team with strong growth plans, offering excellent opportunities for progression and skills development.
