In this site-based role for a high-end developer in North London, you will lead on-site technical delivery for a major 12m residential scheme, reporting to the managing director. You will collaborate with the project team to maintain design integrity, quality assurance, and timely issue resolution. Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery on site for the 12m residential scheme
- Coordinate with the MD and project team on technical decisions
- Ensure design compliance, constructability, and QA across the project
- Manage on-site technical issues and interfaces with subcontractors and consultants
- Liaise with design teams to resolve site queries and changes
