Regional Customer Care & Operations Lead

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Customer Care Operations Lead in Italy to bridge the Global CoE and local market. You’ll own instrument order fulfillment, resolve escalated requests, and ensure interactions meet global standards while addressing local needs.

You will partner with Sales, Service, Contracts, Tenders, Supply Chain and Finance to improve customer satisfaction, drive continuous improvement, and train teams across functions, balancing processes with local market
