Regional Customer Care & Operations Lead

Leica Biosystems is seeking a Customer Care Operations Lead in Italy to bridge the Global Customer Care Centre of Excellence with local markets. You will own instrument order fulfillment, resolve escalations, and align regional needs with global standards while ensuring high customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
