Regional Customer Care & Operations Lead

Leica Biosystems, part of the Danaher family, seeks a Customer Care Operations Lead in Italy to bridge the Global CoE and local market. You will own instrument fulfillment, resolve escalations, and ensure adherence to global standards while aligning with local needs, driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
