Regional Customer Care & Operations Lead

Leica Biosystems in Italy is seeking a Customer Care Operations Lead to bridge the Global Customer Care Centre of Excellence with the local market, overseeing instrument order fulfillment, escalating complex issues, and ensuring adherence to global standards while meeting local needs.
