Leica Biosystems is seeking a Customer Care Operations Lead to bridge the Global Customer Care Centre of Excellence (CoE) and your local market, owning instrument order fulfillment, resolving escalated requests, and ensuring service delivery meets global standards with local needs.

You will collaborate with Sales, Service, Contracts, Tenders, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance to drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement while supporting training and knowledge sharing across teams.
