Expect exposure to quality work from day one, including: Commercial landlord & tenant matters for major national clientsHigh value Building Safety Act mattersRights of way, adverse possession, harassment and boundary disputesCommercial and residential service charge disputesProperty insolvency and secured recoveriesReal property issues for developers, housebuilders and public sector bodiesWorking closely with senior lawyers, you'll gain early responsibility, direct client contact and the opportunity to run your own matters within a supportive, friendly and ambitious team.
