Senior 2nd Line Support Engineer MSP / IT Solutions Salary up to £50,000 We are looking for an experienced Senior 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a growing MSP, supporting a range of professional services clients. This is a great opportunity to work with modern Microsoft technologies in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Role Overview Resolve escalated 2nd line issues across desktop, cloud, networking, and infrastructure. Support Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and Windows Server environments. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and manage incidents through to resolution.

Collaborate with 3rd line teams on escalations and technical projects. Mentor junior engineers and deliver excellent customer service. Requirements Strong 2nd line support experience within an MSP. Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and Windows environments.

Good networking knowledge, including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls. Experience with ITSM tools, remote support, and SLA-driven environments. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and client-facing skills. Experience supporting professional services clients is advantageous.
