Financial Reporting: Deliver accurate cost reports and updates to the Commercial Director regarding project viability and future developments. Budget Control: Create and monitor budgets for subcontractors, materials, prelims, and marketing, working closely with wider departmental teams.

Procurement: Manage the annual tendering process, subcontract ordering, variations, and material control. Land Appraisals: Actively support land bid appraisals and gather data for the process from initial bid through to site start.
