Document Controller - Construction / Residential DevelopmentLocation: London (site-based)The Opportunity A leading, well-funded residential developer is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join their growing technical team on a major London-based development.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale, high-rise residential schemes within a business that is investing heavily in London and delivering high-quality, design-led projects. The Role As Document Controller, you will play a key role in managing project information across complex construction schemes.

You'll be responsible for ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible, supporting both internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the build lifecycle. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain electronic document management systemsEnsure timely distribution and accuracy of project informationSupport and train internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors on document systemsSet up projects within EDMS, including user access and permissionsAct as the main point of contact for document control queries and issue resolutionMonitor quality and compliance of documentation, including uploads, RFIs, and IFCsProduce reports and support wider project administrationAbout YouProven experience as a Document Controller within constructionExperience on large-scale residential or high-rise projects is highly desirableStrong knowledge of EDMS platform ProcoreFamiliarity with BIM processes and ISO document control standardsConfident liaising with multiple stakeholders across projectsHighly organised with excellent attention to detailStrong IT skills including Excel and SharePointWhat's on OfferSalary of up to 50,000Pension and life assurance25 days holiday + bank holidaysAdditional benefitsApply Now If you're looking to join a forward-thinking developer delivering some of London's most exciting residential schemes, apply today for a confidential discussion.
